Building Standards Consultancy

We are delighted to offer Andrew Allan’s vast knowledge of the Technical Standards to other architectural practices and contractors.

We offer a comprehensive pre-application assessment for large projects to reduce the number of points raised by the local authority thus reducing the time to receiving the approval for your client. We can assist architects and contractors with answering and addressing points raised by building standards at assessment or during construction whilst also offering a qualified second opinion and alternative approach where appropriate.

Recommendation of contractors

If you do not have a contractor in mind for your project, we will assess the location, size and complexity of each project before recommending a suitable contractor to provide you with a detailed quotation. We can attend the initial introduction and site meeting between you and the contractor and answer any technical questions that you or the contractor may have.
