The timeline for an architectural project can vary significantly based on the complexity, scale, and specific requirements of each client. At Andrew Allan Architecture, we believe in full transparency and look to outline all key timeframes throughout the design process. As part of our formal quotation, we will outline realistic timelines to ensure that all potential clients have a clear expectation from the beginning.

Similar to timescales, architectural fees and build cost directly relate to the scale and complexity of a given project. Each fee quotation issued by Andrew Allan Architecture will be bespoke and tailored around our client’s needs and design brief. Once a confirmed design proposal is reached we can then look to recommend the services of a Chartered Quantity Surveyor or Professional Building Contractor to provide a clear cost of works to ensure project feasibility. We will also include all other third party professional fees that your project may require e.g Structural and Civil engineers, Planning Consultants, Energy Performance Consultants etc.
